Warranty

Hobestluk pieces are covered against manufacturing defects — zippers that fail, seams that open, foam cores that lose their rebound under normal indoor use — for one year from delivery.

The warranty does not cover outdoor use, moisture saturation, pet damage to fabric, or the normal settling of foam that is resolved by rotation and a good shake (the care tag's "fluff it like a pillow" advice is genuine maintenance, not a joke).

To make a claim, email [email protected] with your order number, a photo of the issue, and roughly when it appeared. Recent orders are often fastest to resolve directly through the retail partner's return system, and we will point you the right way if so.
